AbleFit is a small and supportive group fitness community that’s focused on producing exercises that mould with our lifestyle and strengthen us for every day movements. Hence applying training methods/equipment that caters to the way our bodies move naturally. All the while grabbing those ‘endorphin top-ups’ to keep the motivation engine running.
Training Options
Strength, Core, Cardio, HIIT and BoxFIT
The small group fitness classes cater to a variety of training formats that touch base on strength, body weight, cardio, mobility and plyometrics. There are always modifications to suit every individuals fitness levels.
PT service helps you reach your personal goals with health and overall wellness. Programmes are specifically customised to get the results you want! Held at my home gym or I could come to you**
Small group and private sessions are also available.
Online coaching offers services from my home to yours and assist you in managing your own workouts. It involves weekly coach interactions, tailored programmes, habit coaching and nutrition.
MamaFIT: A fun and supportive environment for (new) mums to attain strength, get fit and connect with other māmas.
Bring your pēpē and tamariki and get your endorphin fix with us. Located at Beach Haven Community House every Wednesday at 9:30am.
Corporate Bootcamps promote mobility for those working in (office) environments where its sedentary for most of the day. It’s hard to stay fit when you’re sitting all day. Your mobility and overall health is compromised. So, balance your desk job and your fitness by doing a 30min HIIT ‘smoko’ break with your colleagues!! SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Milford Classes hit different when we train by the mōana along with a sunrise backdrop. An additional dopamine HIIT!
So from September-April, Milford Beach classes will be held every Friday over the 6 week training cycle.

Fun Workouts for Moms and Kids: Join MamaFit!
I’ve been attending the MamaFit classes since the start of 2023 and they have always been the best part of my week. It’s hard to find an exercise group that accommodates babies/kids as well as providing safe but challenging and varied workouts in such a fun environment.
