Corporate Bootcamps promote mobility for those working in (office) environments where its sedentary for most of the day. It’s hard to stay fit when you’re sitting all day. Your mobility and overall health is compromised. So, balance your desk job and your fitness by doing a 30min HIIT ‘smoko’ break with your colleagues!! SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS. MamaFIT: A fun and supportive environment for (new) mums to attain strength, get fit and connect with other māmas.

Bring your pēpē and tamariki and get your endorphin fix with us. Located at Beach Haven Community House every Wednesday at 9:30am.

Online coaching offers services from my home to yours and assist you in managing your own workouts. It involves weekly coach interactions, tailored programmes, habit coaching and nutrition.
