Each cycle follows different training themes to support progression, with scalable sessions suitable for all fitness levels.

2x per week — $180
3x per week — $216
Fortnightly Saturday BoxFit – $70 per cycle

* Sessions are subject to class capacity limits and timetable availability.
* Participants must be medically fit to train or have clearance from a health professional prior to commencing the programme.
* All sessions are scalable, however it is the participant’s responsibility to train within their own limits and communicate any injuries or conditions to the coach.
* Missed sessions are not transferable, not refundable, and cannot be made up outside of the cycle period. Holidays are not credited.
* MamaFit participants must be postpartum cleared to exercise. If unsure, please check with your health provider prior to commencing.
* AbleFit reserves the right to modify session times, locations, or coaching staff if required due to weather, venue availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
