AbleKids

AbleKids is a 45 minute music and movement programme for preschoolers to fuse both my passion for children and fitness in a group setting. Monique has 15 years of experience as an early childhood teacher under her belt and in the education field in general. Throughout her years as a registered educator, she has observed that music and physical activities combined encourages children to develop skills such as cognitive growth, problem-solving, self-expression and social development.

These skills are encouraged by using a variety of simple equipment, playing a range of music genres, strumming of the guitar and applying good old fashioned humour… AND PLENTY OF IT!

Get in touch with Monique to discuss pricing and collaboration rates for ongoing classes for the new term.

Lisa Jeanes

Monique has been our centre’s music and movement instructor for the past two years, and she has brought an incredible amount of joy and energy to our community.
Through her engaging and well-structured sessions, she has supported our children to develop body awareness, coordination, and physical confidence in a fun and inclusive way. The children always looked forward to her sessions, and her passion for music and movement was clearly felt by both children and teachers. We are very grateful for the positive impact Monique has had on our centre.
