I highly recommend Monz! I originally came to Mon as I wanted inspiration for an entire fitness programme which incorporated strength, plyometric training and running (vs. 1:1 sessions in the gym). Recently having my second baby, I wanted to return to fitness in a gradual way properly and wanted to feel strong. Ive always done a lot of sports such as running, netball and tennis but hadn’t done a heap of consistent weight training and turning 40 recently, I realised it was important! She’s been awesome! My programme is fully tailored to what I was after and she’s kept me patient while progressing and pushing me at the same time. She is super dedicated, goes above and beyond and is really down to earth. I’ve returned to running and just completed my first event since kids and also feel stronger than ever.
